TERMINATRYX Industrial modern rock gets a welcome and right royal kick up the proverbial thanks to Paul Blom’s brainchild Terminatryx. Twelve tracks deliver dramatic, carefully calculated, electronically driven blows over lyrical lashing pointed squarely at bad habits on “CONsume”, before lurching and impaling itself in a bass and lead guitar assault that marches comfortably and confidently on a road well read by this V.O.D veteran. Not since Battery 9 has there been anything remotely close to qualified in the genre making Terminatryx a very welcome, if not a little late new arrival. - Jason Curtis
